Zenkai Garage – Returns & Exchanges Policy

In the event you:

  • Purchased the incorrect part or size

  • Were sent the incorrect product

  • Purchased a product that arrived defective or damaged

  • Accidentally purchased the wrong product

Please contact Zenkai Garage Customer Support for assistance. While each return category identified above has specific rules and conditions (outlined below), the following general rules apply to all returns and exchanges:

General Return Guidelines

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • All returns and exchanges must follow the Zenkai Garage Return Process, which includes obtaining a valid RMA number from customer support.

  • Product(s) must be new, unused, and in original packaging. We will not accept any product that is damaged, installed, modified, or in poor condition.

  • Returns related to defects, damage, fitment, or other flaws may require additional inspection and evaluation. Depending on the product, Zenkai Garage may require the item to be returned to its original shipping source for inspection.

  • If a third-party mechanic inspects the product, Zenkai Garage reserves the right to request additional verification by having the product shipped back to its original source.

  • If returning an item due to incorrect part selection or ordering error, do not install, assemble, or modify the product in any way.

  • Any product that has been used or partially/fully installed is non-returnable.

  • In some cases, return of the physical product may not be required. Zenkai Garage will determine eligibility and provide instructions for disposal or field destruction if applicable.

  • Orders paid fully or partially using Affirm financing cannot be refunded after 60 days from the order date, regardless of shipment or delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Wheel & tire packages

  • Special order items (custom-made or vehicle-specific parts requiring a deposit or full payment)

  • Items that have been installed or altered

  • Clearance items or scratch-and-dent items

All shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Charges for Returns & Refunds

For orders shipped within the continental United States, when the return reason is customer-related (including but not limited to):

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Ordering the wrong product when the description is accurate

  • Any reason not related to a Zenkai Garage error

Customers are responsible for return shipping coordination and costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • A $10 return processing fee per item will be deducted from any refund

If the return is due to an error by Zenkai Garage, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

While Zenkai Garage strives to ensure accurate fitment and product quality, issues may occasionally occur due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, flawed, or incorrect:

  • Do not install, modify, repair, or attempt to use the item

  • Contact Zenkai Garage Customer Support immediately

Photos or videos of the issue may be required to properly process your request.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided for confirmed defective or incorrect items

  • Returned products will be inspected upon receipt

  • If confirmed defective and not caused by customer misuse, an exchange or replacement will be issued

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If shipping damage was caused by the carrier, Zenkai Garage will coordinate a damage pickup when applicable.

Note: Returns, refunds, or exchanges under this section do not apply to manufacturer warranty claims. Warranty coverage is handled directly by the manufacturer and subject to their individual terms.


Free Shipping Disclaimer

Free shipping promotions apply to standard ground shipping only and are valid for delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Freight, oversized, or special handling charges still apply unless otherwise stated

  • For returned items that qualified for free shipping, the original waived shipping cost will be deducted from the refund

  • Restocking fees may still apply

For freight, LTL, international, or non-continental U.S. shipments, return shipping costs may exceed the value of the product and will be deducted accordingly. Return shipping coordination remains the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made by Zenkai Garage.


Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

  • Restocking fees are waived if the customer chooses store credit or an exchange

  • Items returned without original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Note: Store credit returns are still subject to original shipping costs being deducted.


Store Credit & Exchanges

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance

  • Store credit may only be used toward products sold on the Zenkai Garage website

  • Exchanges are credited at the current price of the replacement product


Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible (Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Affirm).

If a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, Zenkai Garage may issue a refund via ACH transfer, which will require banking information.

Zenkai Garage reserves the right to issue store credit when a monetary refund cannot be processed.

Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear once processed.
