Zenkai Garage – Shipping Policy

The majority of products sold by Zenkai Garage are shipped via UPS or FedEx and require a signature upon delivery unless otherwise noted. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and shipment of in-stock orders.

  • Some in-stock items may ship the same day or within 1 business day

  • Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout

  • Orders that are out of stock, custom-made, or special-order items may require additional processing and production time

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact Zenkai Garage Customer Support prior to purchasing to ensure there are no delays.


Oversized & Freight Shipping

Products that are oversized or exceed standard carrier limits must ship via truck freight (LTL) rather than ground shipping.

  • Freight shipments require inspection and a signature upon delivery

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Freight shipping quotes and special delivery arrangements are available upon request

Tracking & Custom Orders

All shipped orders will include a tracking number once dispatched.

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special-order items may require manufacturing, painting, modification, embroidery, or assembly

  • Shipping times for these items vary significantly and are dependent on production timelines


Shipping Locations & International Orders

All products sold by Zenkai Garage ship from authorized distribution or fulfillment locations.

  • International orders and oversized packages may require special shipping arrangements

  • Additional fees, duties, or delivery requirements may apply


Damaged Shipments & Freight Claims

If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps below immediately. All damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of a damage claim or refund.

If Your Shipment Is Damaged:

  • Contact Zenkai Garage immediately and submit a damage claim

  • Retain the product, original packaging, and shipping box

  • Create a list of damaged or missing items

  • Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and contents

  • If inspecting a freight delivery:

    • If the driver cannot wait or refuses inspection, write “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it

Do NOT return the item without written authorization from Zenkai Garage.

Once the necessary information is received, Zenkai Garage will coordinate with the carrier to arrange pickup if required. Upon inspection, we will notify you whether the product will be repaired, replaced, or credited.


Important Freight Notice

Once a freight shipment is signed for and accepted, liability for unreported damage transfers to the customer.
It is critical to inspect freight shipments thoroughly before signing, even if the exterior packaging appears undamaged.
